New for this Autumn, is the indoor Fighting Fit Bootcamp, a challenging 22 week exercise programme designed to deliver rapid health and fitness development together with a host of other benefits:

The indoor Fighting Fit Bootcamp is open to all fitness levels and ages and is coached by two expert qualified Personal trainers; Gav O’Brien and Ty Paul.
What is the Fighting Fit Bootcamp?
Beginning with warm-up stretching the Fighting Fit Bootcamp are 1-hour training sessions that take a whole body approach and include over 20 different free weight, high-intensity interval training, press-ups / sit-ups / lunges / squats / resistance bands and other high-intensity exercises.
Each Fighting Fit Bootcamp session ends with additional stretching to improve your flexibility, range of movement and prevent excessive delayed onset muscle soreness!
Working in pairs, promoting a social atmosphere and motivating a team effort mentality, each Fighting Fit Bootcamp workout is taken at your own pace with the goal of rapid improvement and discipline.

- 22 Weeks: Every Thursday 8pm – 9pm
- Starting 10th October 2019 to 26th March 2020*

- £99 upfront for all 22 classes - save £55
